Condition: both are healthy with intent to kill.
Restrictions: none
Starting scenario: Sasori starts in Hiruko, Sasuke starts in CS2 form and activates his sharingan.

Who would emerge victorious, Sasori of the red sand or Sasuke Uchiha?

Sasuke has a good chance of winning since orochimaru made him immune to poison.

And his extendable chidori spear can sever chakra strings.

hard to say, but I'd go with Sasuke. Chidori Spear, senbon and stream coupled with his sharingan would protect him pretty well defensively and offensive wise. Using the curse mark would also increase his physical speed and strength. all those puppets would eventually get overwhelming so I'd guess Sasuke would be forced to summon Manda to win. Plus he beat Deidara, so that counts for something.

Sasuke is trained in high speed taijutsu and his sharingan was strong enough to predict all of kyubi Naruto's attacks in part 1. He also has immunity to all poison after training with Orochimaru. When Sasori uses the 100 puppets could summon Manda. Chidori spear can cut the puppets and strings from long range.
