The Pain attack in short numbers at first, then they all take part in the battle eventually. Replicating the Jiraiya Fight sequence.

The Pain are surrounding Sasuke, replicating the Naruto vs. Pain sequence.

Who’d win? How many Paths of Pain would he take out per scenario, if any? Explain your answers.

Hebi Sasuke loses scenario 1 and wins scenario 2. Hebi Sasuke's speed + chidori blade + Chidori(which is a physical attack; Sakura was shocked by the visibility of chidori ; referring normal chakra substances are invisible; basically works by making chakra physical so cannot be absorbed) + Sharingan's Genjutsu is too overwhelming for Pain in scenario 2. The durability allows to tank all of what Pain throws at him; tanked a C3 Dragon face-first by flying.

The rinnegan literally would make his genjutsu useless. He doesn't have Tsukuyomi either so it's not like he has some MS genjutsu.

How is Rinnegan making Genjutsu useless? Sharingan genjutsu is all that's needed.

He takes down animal path, human, hell path and preta path, loses to Asura and Deva (taking into point they all attack him at once in end).
Scenario 2 because of the already stated reasons and his snake summons and snake shadow hands(he absorbed oro so he has oro's abilities) and snake skin shedding.

Sasuke can’t do anything to the animal path’s hydra beast (that grows more heads each time it’s damaged), not to mention that Sasuke’s snake summon can only take on ONE of the animals. The rest are on Sasuke for the rest of the fight.

It's not provable whether shocking can increase body parts. If it does, it'll still not be able to move. Keep splitting in one position without being useful in the fight.

Lol Except that it is proven, ANY damage taken by the hydra multiplies it’s heads. But it isn’t proven that the lightning would paralyze the hydra. The only way Jiraiya killed the beast was by utilizing a technique that’s out of Sasuke’s arsenal.

No one has been able to perform a jutsu while being pulled in by Pain (not that I can remember anyway) and if Sasuke tries that, the Preta path would absorb it.

Preta path cannot absorb Chidori. Chidori is a physical attack; not a chakra attack. It takes the chakra in your flesh and materializes it. Which is why it is considered a "mere stab" as per gai, no different from a knife attack.
