Naruto has simply had at least 90% of his power restricted for this fight so don't take it badly. If he could use clones, then naruto would most llikely take this. But I havn't really seen a single battle where naruto has not used clones and shown superior taijutsu abilities.

Sasuke and Naruto's Rasengan are able to destroy the Hashirama and Madara statues at VoTE in Base after getting his power, let alone what Naruto can do 12 yrs later. Sasuke was called fast by JJ Madara after getting Rikudo's power. Naruto's Base speed gets a boost from that, and it gets a boost since he's much stronger in his Adult form, which is just pure common sense at work. When you can prove that Hebi Sasuke was so much faster than Base Naruto before Rikudo's power up that the Rikudo power up that let Sasuke go from being evaded by Sage Madara to being "fast" in JJ Madara's eyes, then we can talk. No, it doesn't. Base Naruto and Base Sasuke at the Valley of the End tied in CQC. Make Naruto an adult, and make Sasuke Hebi and it's clear who gets his ass beat here. "Sharingan" isn't a counter argument. Maybe if Naruto and Sasuke were already equals in physical ability like they were at the VoTE, Sharingan would make a difference, but considering Adult Naruto>War Arc EMS Sasuke>Hebi Sasuke in CQC, you can forget about Sharingan closing this gap.

Lets put this in perspective. Sage Mode Naruto who's precog and sensing abilities which makes Hebi Sasuke look like Garbage was blitzed by Madara.

Base Hashirama's speed is on par with Madara's and Tobirama is much faster than his brother which means Sasuke gets blitzed.

Minato is faster than Tobirama which means there's no way in hell Sasuke is winning this when he can't even react.
