Alright, so Sasuke spent 2 years with Orochimaru so he must likely knew everything about Kimi, but let's pretend he doesn't:

Sasuke would figure out the moment he activates Sharingan, that Kimimaro's Shikotsumyaku is Earth Release in nature, that being said, Chidori Sword would be able to cut through the bones easily. Sasuke would start off throwing kunai blades at him, gauging his reaction speed, to find that the kunai blades are getting deflected easily by his bones, then Kimimaro would dash at Sasuke, with bones growing out of his torso, and throw his finger bullets at Sasuke, also gauging each others reflexes, as Sasuke would deflect them and catch one of the deflected ones at the same time, activating Sharingan and checking out the bone as well as jumping back to get distance from Kimimaro.

It isn't Earth style lol. And Kimimaros unorthodox fighting style >> Sasuke's 3 tomeo pre cog. Kimimaro slaughters Sasuke, it's close though because Nagashi hindering both their CQC.

It actually could be considered advanced earth style, just like crystal release (even though it's not canon)
Most minerals you find in bones, you can also find in earth, just more refined in bones.

KKG's aren't necessarily element related though, so it wouldn't be. Sasuke actually wins though, I didn't see that Manda wasn't restricted lmao..

Chidori sendon nor chidori will get through kimi's defense. Kimi can withstand being under tons of kilograms and without his defenses being breached. His bones are easily one of the most durable substance in the series. The only thing I see scratching it is a chidori enchanced sword.

Also Kimi's bones may be earth but it isn't earth style. Lightning < Earth only applies to nature transformation ninjutsu. IRL lightning < earth isn't a real thing.

I'm not saying Kimi wins. It's more in Sasuke's favor, but would Manda eating him be the worse thing to do. Kimi's body is a swiss army knife. He would kill manda from the inside out. Also manda size makes him an easy target for
