JK I think Kimi has a counter for that considering he can solo all 4 sound 4 which includes Tayuya. He can easily inflict pain upon himself through his kekkie genkie
Durability, Stamina, Taijutsu and Kenjutsu I would give to Kimi
Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Speed and reflexes I would give to sasuke.
The deciding factor in the fight is can Sasuke get past Kimi's defence.
Reflexes may be the same or given to kimi...
You forget that Kabuto and oro hinted at kimi being kage level whilst only being 15 since oro said he wouldn't have killed the 4th Kazekage without kimi and Kabuto saying if only kimi was there then the attack on the leaf would have went smoothly...
Further kimi kage hype is vs kcm Naruto clones who are quite powerful at least able to beat several jonin level edo's and compete with the edo kage's yet couldn't defeat edo kimi...
Kimi reflexes were so good and his ability was so high that Lee proclaimed kimi a taijutsu master saying he has no wasted movements and his taijutsu attacks were even titled as dances I.e. brackance dance and etc...
