Scenario 1:

Scenario 2:

Either way high difficulty. Both should have relatively equal CQC, Hebi gets the advantage with Chidori Stream. His Ninjutsu isn't anything overwhelming, Kakashi has the tactics to potentially win. If Kakashi is forced to, he will use Kamui as a last resort which may kill Sasuke when he tries to stab Kakashi with Kusunagi. Sasuke isn't going to use Manda in a 1v1, he only used manda against Deidara because he was trying to escape.

Scenario 3:

Kakashi medium difficulty. Kamui is broken, and overpowering.

read the conditions properly next time. its strictly 3t kakashi in all scenarios so no kamui.
