Hebi Sasuke doesn't really use snake summons so I didn't consider it but Kakashi can break it out of genjutsu by attacking it or disrupting its chakra.

Itachi wanting to distract them doesn't discredit that he went all out against Kakashi in CQC. The same can be said that Itachi not wanting to fight Kakashi in P1, because he was in a mission to find Naruto, but that didn't stop him from trying to kill Kakashi through Tsukuyomi and Kisame. Therefore, your argument is invalid.

The clone was only 30% of Itachi's CHAKRA. That doesn't take away his physical capabilities such as speed, reaction time, physical strength, agility, and reflexes.

It had 30% chakra. He outsped Itachi who had 30% chakra. It does not mean Itachi is slower, or inferior in Taijutsu.

Kakashi couldn't beat Kakazu in Taijutsu i believe Sasukes versatility with his Kenjutsu and Raiton with it give him the edge. There is no stoping the blade Kakashi will be put on the defensive pretty quick

War Arc kakashi is a bit too much, but Sasuke defeats Part 1 kakashi with very little stress and should be able to claim a victory over Pein Arc kakashi with Medium to High difficulties.

Kakashi kept up with 6th gated Gai and V2 Jinchuuriki on foot. He also kept up with Itachi, who proved faster than Sasuke. Do the math.

lol No he didn't "keep up with 6th gate Guy", They weren't even on the same speed level in that panel. And with Itachi in part one Itachi was playing, and in Part two they never had a testament in speed anything.

Scenario 1:

Sasuke takes this with low, maybe medium difficulty. Mainly because of Kakashi's stamina.

Scenario 2:

Either way high difficulty. Both should have relatively equal CQC, Hebi gets the advantage with Chidori Stream. His Ninjutsu isn't anything overwhelming, Kakashi has the tactics to potentially win. If Kakashi is forced to, he will use Kamui as a last resort which may kill Sasuke when he tries to stab Kakashi with Kusunagi. Sasuke isn't going to use Manda in a 1v1, he only used manda against Deidara because he was trying to escape.

Scenario 3:

Kakashi medium difficulty. Kamui is broken, and overpowering.
