It's users like you who don't know what can and cannot be classified as hyperbole. Chidori being able to pierce
anything is hyperbole. It has no limit and it has no established mechanism that implies it can do such. Same with blunt force sword, being able to destroy
any defence merely because of its force is illogical because the force is determined by the user's strength. It's what you call a hyperbole. On the other hand, Orochimaru stating Sasuke>Naruto cannot be hyperbole in ANY way you look at it. What can possibly be hyperbole here? In DB it's stated Sasuke's speed is godlike, but he's not as fast as say, KN2 Naruto. So obviously his speed was being hyperbolise. Tell me what can possibly be hyperbolised in a clear statement like the one Orochimaru made? If you know anything about what a hyperbole is you'll realise such a statement cannot be hyperbolised. That's like saying Sasuke lifts 102.2lbs more on bench press than Kakashi does, and you telling me that's a hyperbole. There's no possible hyperbole to be drawn, it's a clear statement. And there is no physical defence for Kamui because space and time take priority over anything in the world. Kin Gin makes no sense as we don't know what happened,
Sasori being stronger is stated as a means for Deidara to get rid of Kakashi as he himself states, Yata is a defence supposed to be capable of stopping any attack and has an established mechanism of doing so, so you cannot state it's an outright hyperbole, but the "any attack" part definitely has potential to be a hyperbole. Either way, your line of thinking is completely flawed since you ignore context and don't even know to what hyperbole can and cannot apply.
Things can be
rectified by the author. It does not change the fact that Kishi was talking about Naruto and Sasuke at the time, meaning how powerful they both were
in that instant. It cannot be rectified, because Kishi is referring to their particular form in that moment of the manga, and in that moment of the manga Hebi Sasuke>KN3 Naruto. Fact. You can search for every way to debunk this but it won't change anything because all of them will be wrong. Has nothing to do with feats here, it's a rectification;

Hashirama is the strongest Hokage as of War Arc by Kishi's own rectification. Naruto being weaker at that moment cannot be rectified in any way. Same as Sasuke admitting inferiority to healthy Oro, that canonically means he's weaker than Orochimaru. There's nothing you can say or do to change that.
Oh, and Kakashi WONDERS if Naruto surpassed him.
