OT: No.... just like the thread I noted to above.... there is not a chance. Firstly, SM Naruto has near perfect Reaction time... being able to dodge the Third Raikage (who was both fast and virtually in his face) and then immediately dodge and cause the Raikage to pierce himself (also showing Naruto's precision when in SM).

Despite Sasuke's speed, punches from Naruto are fatal to even block or barely dodge. Given his reaction speed... that would be enough.
