As for Kirin, it strikes a single target and this was proven when Sasuke used it. Itachi was a few feet from Sasuke yet Sasuke wasn't hit by the blast at all, we also know SM sensory skills are the best in the Manga that it allows Naruto to sense high speed attacks even before it got close to him as he was thinking to himself about sensing, evading then countering the 3rd Raikage as the 3rd was dashing at him.

What does Sasuke have to beat 3 giant toads? Kirin?
