Hebi Sasuke Is Kage Level

I think this should be obvious.

Hebi Sasuke can beat Tsunade, Mei, Tobirama and Hiruzen by feats alone, and arguably the 2nd Mizukage.

Hebi Sasuke managed to defeat Deidara, easily a Kage level opponent.

I don't see how he can just be labeled as a high level Jonin.

Low-Kage
Mid-Kage
High-Kage
Elite-Kage

I know it gets messy, but I would classify Hebi Sasuke as a low-kage fighter.

When he gain ms and lost curse mark he was a mid kage lvl.
