W-what? Maybe I could take this? Okay, I shall. Ikkaku bio in sig.
=================================

It was a fine day, and the maniacal side of me had yet to awaken.
I walked, without caustic intent, across a field, the lush green grass soothing my nerves, the surrounding mountainous terrain and scenery allowed me to relax subconsciously.
It was then that I approached a large man exercising spontaneously - A seemingly strong one. He asked me a simple question, of who I was, and I found it fairly amusing to answer.

"I am Ikkaku Madarame, one of the last members of the now extinct Kaguya Clan. And you?" I spoke in a most polite and calm tone, with a note of coolness but altogether maintaining a sense of overall austerity.

Elfman was amazed at the response he got from the bald man. It peaked his interest like never before. At this point his blood was boiling with excitement.

Kaguya Clan? Wow, you don't hear that everyday. This is quite a rare experience for me! I have another question for you Mr. Madarame. Would you care to entertain me with a battle amongst MAN!?

A battle? A battle did he say?
Things certainly were getting interesting. A simple plough through the meadows would result in the experience of a lifetime, a fight, the one thing I lived for. Not even the slight breeze could calm me down, as adrenaline coursed through my body, and a somewhat maniacal look took over my face.
I suffered from a serious case of selective hearing, where I heard only the word 'battle'. Yet, I was susceptible to excitement and exhilaration, and there was no time before I poised myself, smirking slightly as I did so, at my opponent. He seemed surprised at the very existence of a Kaguya - Perhaps a first timer?
Needless to say, and from the very start of my life, there was no doubt that I would yearn to do my clan proud, through hard-fought battles. I was sure there was no acerbic intents amongst us men in the fields, simply desiring a battle for fun, but things like that needed to be treated with courtesy and respect.
That, was my etiquette in battle, and I sorely did hope the peculiar man in front of me felt the same.
I hardened as the prelude to the battle neared its end, my expression tense, as I stretched my neck, readying myself for battle. As I always did, I treated battles with utmost respect and severity, for to the defeated foe and the victorious, this battle could mean the difference between life and death, and neither should disrespect the other.

"Why, yes. A battle will certainly be good." I replied firmly, audible, with a steely note. I gritted my teeth, as I cast a vitriolic gaze upon the great body of my opponent.

Elfman smirked with excitement after hearing the response of the Kaguya man. He then thought about how he should go about this battle. Should he take the wise route and keep a far distance away from the Kaguya member or take the manly route and engage him in close combat. After all Elfman, who has mastered his Akimichi clan techniques, should have nothing to fear while in close range anyone. But, he knows that pride can be the downfall of any ninja. But then again, how many ninjas can say that they battled in hand to hand combat with a kaguya and won? Elfman's first course of action was being delayed by his own confusing thoughts, but being the man that he is, he already knew his first course of action before the battle even started.

Elfman quickly performs the Tiger hand seal and exhales, one after another, three compressed large dragon shaped fireball heads at his opponent. The first one approaches Ikkaku from his right, the second one approaches him n an arc fashion above, while the last one approaches him from a arc formation to his left.
After releasing the last fireball Elfman throws an explosive tagged kunai and then begins to run in an arc fashion, while maintaining mid.range, to Ikkaku's right.

(Katon: Ryūen Hōka no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Dragon Flame Release Song Technique
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: After performing the hand seal Tiger the user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body, before instead expelling it in the form of a number of dragon head-shaped fireballs. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. The temperature of the created flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily burning human flesh and the fireballs are dense enough to behave almost as solid, being able to deliver impact damage in addition to the fire damage. However, this also means that they can be deflected as a solid projectiles.
At the 1 o'clock position Elfman stops and turns towards Ikkaku, while manipulating the ground in front of him, creating 3 huge rocks a little ways in front of himself before he continued running. He then releases the rocks and they come at Ikkaku at three different angles while blocking his view of Elfman. The rocks will come at a 12, 1, and 2 o'clock position and as the get closer to you they also come closer to each other. So eventually there would be 1 rock in between 12 and 1, one rock at at 1, and the last rock in between 1 and 2. Once the huge rocks enter close range they collide with each other causing numerous rock segments to protrude in a number of projectiles which bombard Ikkaku.

( Doton: Shōnyūseki ) - Earth Release: Stalactite
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage poinnts: 40
Description: The user manipulates their chakra creating three huge rocks infront of them. The user will then unleash the three huge rocks coming from three different angles from infront of the enemy to smash into each other causing segements to start protruding from the collision and damaging the opponent.
Now at a 3 o'clock position, Elfman runs towards short range of Ikkaku while performing 2 hand seals. As he enters short range he lets out a large gust of wind that is compiled of raging wind blades that will slice Ikkaku into pieces.

(Fūton: Dai Kamaitachi) - Wind Style: Great Cutting Whirlwind
Type:Attack
Rank: B
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: A bigger version of the cutting whirlwind.

I got some technical issues and some problems IRL currently so I might not be able to reply 'swiftly', but I should be able to do so adequately. Hope you don't mind o-o
YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Hesitation could be the cost of your own demise...
The basic rule of battle rang shrilly through my mind, as I watched the giant man in front of me muddle-headedly figuring out the best course of action against me. I chuckled involuntarily, staring at Elfman, well aware that he was considering whether to get close, or keep his distance.
Making an informed decision was good, but too much contemplation in a battle could cost your life - A battle that decided your life or death, where your opponent would never allow you the time to weigh the odds so carefully, in order to live and survive.
My eyes were fixated upon the man's body, anticipating his every move. Apparently, he made up his mind, for his arms quickly raised and performed a single Tiger hand seal.
It was common knowledge to a ninja, really. The Tiger seal was closely affiliated with the element of Fire, and there was no doubt in my mind that one might be sent at me. Moments later, Elfman expelled the first of his 3 fireballs, each aimed at different trajectories.

As the first signs of a fireball started to appear, my instinctive reactions and reflexes told me to form a shield.
The only question remaining was, what shield?
The first thing I thought of was to rely on my natural abilities: Bones.
It seemed a logical course of action, yet not so at the same time. After all, fire, at an adequately hot temperature, would overpower my bones. However, I continued.
From my peripheral vision, I could see two fireballs arcing towards me from the sides, and another, from above.
None, none, were in my direct trajectory. Certainly, the fireballs looked solid, and might carry some impact, but it was nothing menacing to me if they took a longer time to hit me.
Using my bone manipulation skill, I formed a drill of steel-hard bones on my right arm, a perfunctory shield and weapon, which I hold at the height of my head, encompassing my right forearm.
As I form the bone weapon, I take several steps forwards, towards Elfman, smirking as I did so.
In my motion, as my bone weapon finished its formation, the fireballs would be half way towards me, or so, anyways.
I could clearly see a kunai fizzing through the air, an explosive tag attached, flying directly towards me. I also took note of your movement, and the fact you started moving towards my right.
Swiftly, I released a burst of wind from the soles of my feet, whilst in motion, propelling me forwards, towards you and you projected position for the next few moments. The wind is released in such an explosive manner, that it seemingly blasted me forwards suddenly, in a motion blur which resembled teleportation.
The bald man blasts his way forward at the speed of sound at 1 o'clock, moving far out of the fireballs reach, and advancing menacingly on Elfman. At the same time, I kept my position, and posture, of having my bone drill on my right hand, positioned at my head level.
Accelerating at insane speeds, within a moment, my pre-positioned drill of bones pierces into the upper left column of your chest, aka, your heart, killing you, as my body slams into with much force from my speed earlier. My movement completely enables me to dodge the fireballs, who crash into my previous location, while I speed past and stab you before you can perform your Earth technique.
My movement, as well, is not traceable by the naked eye.

The very bones on my forearm was thrust into your heart area, leaving but a cavity behind. My arm was soaked in blood, and it trickled and dripped, tainting the green grass into a bloody shade of maroon. Yet, as I stabbed you, I felt an unexplainable feeling of joy, and a tingling sensation in my body. The sight of blood...

Magnificent

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Chakra Cost: 35
Damage Points: 60
Description: The follow up to Tessenka no Mai Tsuru (Dance of the Clematis Vine). Using this technique (Flower) the user forms a large spiral shaped bone spear which he can use to pierce any shield his opponent raises. The spear is said to be nearly indestructible.

Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: During movement of the user. The user will release a burst of exploding wind towards the bottom of their feet to move at the speed of sound. It will appear to the opponent as the user had teleported, however this is not the case. Any dojutsu users as well as sound and sensory ninja's would be able to follow the movements however they would lose the movements towards the end as the user would be moving too fast.

Note: User has to be moving to use this jutsu.
Note: Can be used two times per battle.
Note: Can't use to move in the air or fly around
Note: Can use it to change direction, but will count towards the users 3 moves per turn
Note: Can only use this to move within the line of sight. (Meaning can't go around walls without changing directions)
Note: If ran into something the user will take -50 damage as a result of the great speed
Note: Can only be taught by NineVision

No problem bro, that's is fine with me.
------------------------------------------

While running Elfman sees his opponent moving towards the direction he is headed in with his bone spear held as if he is gonna pierce him even though they are far away, and figures that that was weird, so he watches him as he runs. But suddenly Elfman hears a burst of wind and his opponent disappears. In response Elfman generates his lightning chakra into his feet, in order to speed up his movements via the earth's electrical fields, and he rapidly moves toward the 2 o'clock position with a hunch that his opponent was trying to ram him at high speeds where they would meet up if he continued at his normal speed.
(Your technique accelerates and reaches its fastest speed at the end, while my technique has a constant top speed from start to end. So I think I would beat your attack)

(Raiton: Raiya Houchou) - Lightning Release: Lightning Arrow Step
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary/Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: (60 if used to attack)
Description: By harnessing the earth's electrical fields to generate electricity, this works as long as the user's legs are connected to the earth. When in use, this allows the user to nearly instantly to close short distances and strike within the same motion. Usable at distances of several feet or less, this allows one to deliver an electrically charged palm thrust should it connect. If no contact is made between the ground and the user's legs, this is unusable. There is a downside as the user cannot change directions once the technique is initiated, thus allowing a more skilled opponent to dodge if they see it coming.
Elfman then channels fire chakra into one of his legs and stomps as he pivots around to face you. This creates 3 evenly spaced fire pillars to erupt from the ground. One pillar rises underneath you while another pillar rises to your left, and the other to your right. Both evenly spaced from the center pillar. As the pillars rise, Elfman creates a chidori in his hand and releases it, creating lightning bolts that cover a circular area around him spreading through the battle field destroying everything around Elfman.

(Katon: Gōka Honoo no Hashira Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Great Fire Flame Pillars Technique
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user will knead their fire chakra and release it into the ground by stomping down their leg and then causing three pillars of fire several meters tall spaced out evenly. The Pillars of fire can act as a defensive wall against incoming techniques or targets or used to attack low aerial targets.
(Raiton: Chidori Raimei) - Lightning Style: 1000 Birds Thunderstorm
Rank: S
Type:Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost:40
Damage Points:80
Descripton: A chidori that spreads from the users palm into lightning bolts that cover a circular area destroying all thats in its way.

That was good, but not good enough.
