Actually they do...Oro isn't immune to all poisons.....There is no cure to all poisons.... and no snake is immune to all poisons.... Kakashi said oro/sasuke was immune to the type of poison that shizune taught sakura....Which is Konoha poisons.....Also like any snake he's immune to his own poison..... It never said he was immune to all poisons,

Orochimaru rapes easily IMO.
Hanzo defeated a young Orochimaru that did not have any forbidden jutsu and was still loyal to the village, at least seemingly.

Orochimaru is a full immortal now and is a better swordsman than Hanzo because he has the sword of Kusanagi which would cut right through Hanzos sickle thing.
