Meaning what exactly? I wont deny he can sense the build up but that does not guarantee him 100% immunity against tysukuyomi. Close range is also not needed in this case as I have manga scans and Db scans that prove the visual sharigan genjutsu can be used at long range as well. But you have a point though regarding the build up.

Your forgetting he clearly states he needs concentration for CT as he stated against Konan. I won't deny he wouldnt be capable of sensing amaterasu but if he were to do something about while prepping CT their is a possible scenario.

counters for genjutsu- the animals can get him out of it, plus since this is nagato, he will have madaras eyes so their is a great chance he can get himself out of it.

counters for katoon- suiton, rinnegan makes him a master of all 5 elements which he does (same with suiton)

think of all the other things i didnt say preta path, asura path, and even human and nakrata (think thats it) paths, and even chibaku tensei which itachi has no counters for and if you do say itachi can break it, then ill tell you why each technique doesnt work

trust me dude, nagato takes this the itachi fanboys (not saying your one im talking about the 2 years ago) stormed the base and started talking the craziest nonsense about itachi, not just the nagato one, even worse (2011 members at the time, y'all remember this shit!!!!! none of you younger members will ever understand, you think their bad now, you dont want to know about back then)

The animals getting him out of it won't save nagato from the after effect of tysuykomi. Utilizing doesn't really play a factor here, what ends this is Itachi MS techs. I won't deny amaterasu can be countered, as it is manga proof.

Sorry but attacks from asura path isnt even getting pass a v2 sussano. Preta path means coming within a close range which means vulnerability to the totsuka blade. Are you referring to nagato using the 6pop? If thats the case than this will be easier then. Naraka and human path get shitted on my mere katons and body clone explosions. I already explained how CT has it's weak points.

Nagato's chibaku tensei Packs more then 20 megatons worth of DC, which is small island level, he drops it on him GG ....

Itachis susanoo durability is calc'd at town level+ at best. Not to mention he doesn't have the chakra reserves or stamina to maintain it for sufficient amount of times..

but itachi tried it on bee though and the 8 tails got him right out of it. and i believe sasuke also did the same thing with bee, if hes got the animals summoned they can funnel their chakra into nagato like if he were on the invisible chameleon, plus he can go very ham and summon the bird and the multiple dogs and other summons, the thing is even with itachi healthy, his eyes will still be damaged from using MS techs plus he will probably use it very early and the battle know how powerful nagato is, he will outlast him, knowing how bad itachis stamina is (2.5) it can wear him out

yea it wont i didnt mean against susano i was just saying for other attacks he had that i didnt even mention, idk why i put it down under the counter for susano lol my b on that

plus i wasnt talking about the paths but if you think katoon takes them out and the clones exploding is a little much the preta path (if we are talking about pain) can simply absorb the fireball quite simply

Can we stop wanking Itachi's supposed intellect just because he figured out how Chibaku Tensei works, which doesn't take a genius to do?

His taijusu? Mediocre at best. Nagato has metal limbs and rockets, he shits on him in taijutsu.

Ninjutsu? A joke.

Genjutsu? Sharingan isn't trapping Rinnegan in genjutsu. Rinnegan is a superior doujutsu, that makes no sense. Furthermore, he still has shared vision.

Summons? Summons.

Nagato destroys Itachi.
