I go with Nagato who has more chakra, stamina, battle experience, knowledge of jutsu, and stronger doujutsu. Sasuke has no training with his EMS, it's still new to him while Nagato has his Rinnegan for over 20 years and mastered it. Susanoo uses chakra just to stay up since Sasuke is constantly emitting chakra out to give Susanoo form as you can see from Karin Sensing Sasuke's chakra

Nagato didn't need that Intel, he would sense Amaterasu before it gets used as he was doing when Itachi was going to use it. Itachi didn't use it when Nagato sensed it because that's when the crow came out of Naruto's mouth and casted KA on Itachi and Itachi used Amaterasu on Nagato's summons right after.

It should also be said that all of Nagato's jutsus would be stronger and fast than when the 6 paths used them as Naruto said about Edo Nagato and edo's are weaker than when they're alive. Nagato have all elements at his disposal, he can just use COAT since he can use yin-yang element (Jiraiya said he had all 6 elements after all) and Izanagi is an example of COAT except with the rinnegan you wouldn't go blind like the Sage didn't and you can use it on a larger scale

Pretha path absorbs ninjutsus, not just chakra. Nagato can block a PS shockwave with deva path then absorb PS with pretha path. He can even create a barrier that absorbs with the same Pretha ability

If Sasuke decide to use kirin then how nagato can absorb nature energy?

-Nagato has shared vision with his summons, if Sasuke attacks a summon then Nagato can just use deva path to block it or make his summons dodge. Deva path had 5 sec interval, edo healthy Nagato was faster than that and alive Nagato would be even faster than that since Edo's are weaker than when they're alive.
