Perfect Susano'o also basically out matches any of Nagato's offensive or defensive capabilities. CT may prove to be a problem but I believe PS can handle it.

Sasuke with legged Susano'o takes Nagato mid diff, this level of Susano'o allows him enough mobility and destruction to finish Nagato before CT, he doesn't really need PS in all honesty.
