What good is an Amaterasu on the ground when he could fly in the air, and it was stated that Madara has s/t jutsu but has yet to be seen.....and tobi is no one we still don't know who he is until kishi reveals it. So the tobi as Madara is out of the question!

Madara and tobi admitted that only nagato can use rinnei tensei out of all of them,he can also fly,control the rain and use celestial tera sphere a technique that only the sage could use! Theres many more that i could say like gedo mazo but its clear nagato is better madara hasnt had it for long you expect him to be the better user?

Nagato wins if he's a edo.Madara has no sealing jutsu's shown, Nagato has soulsuck to seal him. He could also use Gedo Mezo as a distraction. Nagato wins this with extreme difficulty.Meteors won't hurt Nagato either since he is a edo. Chibaku tensei will pull those 2 meteors in so it will just make chibaku tensei stronger.

CT would get destroyed by those meteors b4 it can even develop. Madara probably has gedo mazo himself or might have other sealing techs but if he does not have it yea he can't win as an edo

Nope...meteors would combine with CT and become bigger! It wouldn't destroy it. Madara has not been shown to have any sealing techs so we can't assume he does...

so does nagato have pain at the battlefield?
not being pain , nagato never was pain , pain is a jutsu he uses
if he doesnt use it madara takes it , if he does he takes mid difficulty

Sure Nagato flys in the air drops a lake on him then summons then celestial tera sphere then gedo mazo soul dragon technique then sucks him with divine attractor holds him with asura and sucks his soul anyone of these would kill Madara and Madara cannot fly (probably)
Nagato wins this without question.
As of yet Madara hasn't shown half of the Rinnegan abilities that Nagato was able to do. All he's showed us is the giant meteor and ninjutsu absorption. Nagato as higher mastery of the Rinnegan so he wins this.

Nagato has no mobility issues, he is fully healthy!
