Kakuzu would win. It's basically 5 on 1 and once again, long range>short range in most cases. Kimimaro has a nice defence but not up against such powerful longe range elemental attacks.

kakuzu would win this one im afraid.. i dont see kimimaros attacks getting through kakuzus earth element skin, and he has to get through that to get to his five hearts and i just dont see that happening.
