Itachi was very sick, very blind, wasn't trying to kill sasuke at all, and went into the fight with sasuke with plans to have sasuke kill him

Given that Sick Itachi pushed Sasuke so far, despite not even trying, i'm giving this to Itachi high diff. Kakashi gets genjutsu'd eliminating Kamui.

Itachi dodges Gaara's sand as Joki boy/Deidara were capable of it. Genjutsus may also get in Gaara's way as well.

Sasuke loses in CQC just like how he did in canon. Eventually being killed.

And? Kakashi simply had no knowledge of it back then. Tsukuyomi requires direct eye-contact which Kakashi can avoid at mid-range, going underground and using shadow-clones is an established counter to it as well. Any other genjutsu bar tsukuyomi is broken by sharingan
