Okay I'll try it again *I do the handseal and I use:*
(Suiton:Mizu No Tatsumaki)-Water Style:Water Tornado
• Type:Attack
• Range:Short-Mid
• Chakra cost:15

• Descripton: A tornado of water that attcks opponent with considerable force and can be used on land aslong as theres a source of water near by.
*this time I concentrate more chakra on spinning than on gathering water*

note that this jutsu is completly different from Water Style:Water Cannon Replica.. u would have to be next to the opponent to use it and your hand should be in the prison
