• Descripton: An earth jutsu that makes the earth rise like a Plateu and can be used with Waterfall Basinto make a waterfall.
and Suiton:Takitsubo)-Water Style:Waterfall Basin

• Range:Short-Mid

• Damage Points:N/A
• Descripton: Used with Earth Rampart to make a waterfall but can be used to flood an area with water that in turn can be used with other water attacks(no water source needed to use this jutsu).
to create a huge wide water fall wit a platform infront of the falls*
u and your clones should place your hand on the water and stop it wit your chakra..
this is goin to be very hard
