My sharingan is at Stage 1 and it is able to do this (i activarted it with the help of Rei-Chan!
Sharingan Stage 1
Requirements: User must have had at least 1 training session with a certified sensei or sempai that posses the sharingan kekkei genkai Description: The user's eye turns blood red, and gains an extra pupil, or tomoe within each eye that will surround the original, centered pupil. When active the user now has the ability to track speeds that normally cannot be seen by the regular human eye.
They also gain the ability to see through visual D rank genjutsu and can predict most taijutsu and ninjutsu movement and technique, allowing one to be able to react best to the situation.
i am aiming to go to stage 2!

Description: When activated the user's eyes turn blood red, and gain two extra pupils, the tomoe which surrounds the original pupil. At this level the user gains a better understanding of the sharingan. The user can now anticipate and analyze faster movement,
as well as mimic minor movements made by an opponent. The user can now track handseals as well, allowing one to predict ninjutsu and help avoid it. The user is now able to pierce through visual C rank genjutsu and below.

*the clone runs and my eyes just see a glimpes of him, i concentrate harder and try and see the chakra flow.....my eyes begin to adjust to his speed and then i use:

to create a small pillar that rips the clone and then makes him fall and as he falls i use:

so that takes care of the capture bit, so then i unsheath "Shifuto" my katana and stab the clone in the head, dispersing it....

i focus on trying to find disturbed particles in the air, i see your clone running and then i start to run...mimicing his movement so that im
parrallel to him and then i begin to run faster (not by much) and then i run at an angle and slide tripping him and as he starts to flip in the
air i recover from my slide and i grab his hand twist it so that he lads on his knees with his hand in an uncomfortably high on his back, i grab
his otherarm and twist it behind his back..

*i break the clone that i captured arms and focus my attention on the new target. Concentrating on the disrupted air particles that the clone disrupts while he is running, as my eyes begin to adjust to the speed i start to run mimicking his speed. i mimic for abit as to get adjused to his speed, then i throw a kunai before him and jump up over to kick him downwards dispersing him....*
no jutsu right sensei?
*as i did before, i focus on the disrupted air particles as both clones move around, seing how i have done this before i know the speed of both of the clones allowing me to automnatically assail them....i run at the same speed as the; w/o leg weights; clone and i jump ahead oh him and assail him with a fake twist kick and disperse him with kunai in his shoulder and then i move onto the next clone.
I mimic his movements running parallel to him so that it looks like we are running a marathon, i slowly edge my way closer to him and surprise him with a sweep kick to his legs; tripping him; i'll then finish him off by spinning on my hands and slamming my left foot into his head, dispersing him*
*huffing and puffing*
