This will an unofficial battle utilizing our Hayabusa Ninja bios only.
The terrain is within Owatasumi, in an open grassy field with fellow Hayabusa watching. The officials (other Head Ninjas/Dragon Ninjas and Masters) are evaluating us. If any of us injure each other more than need, the perpetrator will be deemed disqualified from the fight (just to add in a bit of realism). Stand Mid Range Distance of 10 Meters.

"I don't wish to harm you young one. We should settle our differences in another manner then blood shed," Hotsuma said as he walked out onto the grassy plains to meet with the one he was tasked with entering ritual combat with. He knew the words however would fall on deaf ears however, this fight was unavoidable. There would only be one victor and Hotsuma knew the power of this young was something quite unique. She had ascended the ranks of the clan quite quickly, Hotsuma wondered if he would be able to keep up.

It is only a mere misjudgment of our allies, while I do believe the mistreatment of the Head Ninjas isn’t warranted…” she said taking a moment to pause as she arrived into the battlefield standing away from Hotsume with a kitsune mask leaning on the right side of her face. Her blue eyes were filled with pride, the fact that Chakra of the Dragon coursed through her veins. She can feel the presence of all the other Hayabusa within the gathering; many eyes came to witness the fight. She inhaled and exhaled, allowing for the nerves in her heart to slightly lift. She wielded her unique weapon on her back – it was the Oath Keeper. She rarely kept it in its tangible form but she desired to show her honor to her opponent and coming in with any sneaky tricks from outside the fight.

A masked Hayabusa would approach the two shinobi, as he raised his hand. Many of the crowd slowly moved back away from the battle zone as the masked man did his gesture. “Master Ninja of the Hayabusa, Nairo Hayabusa. I will be the judge of this fight today between the two of you, remember to try and keep things contained. We aren’t trying to cause too much chaos or casualties from the observants. If that is clear, begin!”

He said as he disappeared in a poof of smoke. Mirabelle’s eyes turned from a blue to orange as her focus was now aimed to win. “I apologize for any injuries I might cause you…now then, let’s begin!” she said. She would casually summon forth a giant bolt of lightning composed of Neidan, that would be summoned six meters from above. It descended at a rapid pace, striking the ground and leveling the entire area five meters around him. She snapped her finger as well, in order to increase the potent nature of the lightning by reinforcing it with the sound wave.

She would silently observe what exactly will Hotsume do in return. She’s heard about him but she never really evaluated what his potential.


(Neidan: Taij Dao ) Internal Alchemey: Way of the Supreme

Description: Taiji Dao is the sister technique to Wuji Dao and its polar opposite. Where the latter returns existence to nothigness, Taiji Dao brings existence from nothingness. Fundamentally, the user creates physical, vital, and/or spiritual entities through the use of their Dantian. The user is also capable of returning enties they've erased with Wuji Dao back into existence in the condition they were erased. The constructs and creations that a user can conjure are limited to their imagination. These constructs, if appropriate, are capable of using Neidan techniques that coincide with the dantian used to create them (e.g physical constructs can use techniques with the lower dantian) ( the entities can, not constructs ). Like other techniques that possess the Chakra of the Dragon, the user is capable of keeping track of anything created with this technique via their Taijin ability. The basic application of this technique sees the use of one of the three dantian to create an entity. However, advanced users are capable of combining two or all three dantian to create entities with qualities of multiple dantian. Combining all three of the dantian is the equivalent to creating a sentient familiar. This technique is learned at genin rank and requires 5 hand signs for external uses. Each rank reduces the requirements for hand signs by 2. The upper echleon (Dragon, Head, Master) may use this technique B-rank and below without hand signs.

Middle Dantian: This application sees the creation of vital/etheral entities from Wuji. Entities created with this dantian possess plasma like forms similar to lightning and fire and appear as translucent black energy. The versatility of this application is less than the lower dantian's application as it possesses no such maluable ability to be formed into multiple different states of matter. Entities created with this application is incredibly high energy giving them the capability to burn on touch or even ignite objects and beings within close proximity (ignition at A-rank and above must be within 2 meters of the entity). The user is immune to their own energy's burning effects. Like the previous application, familiars created with this dantian alone are non-sentient. Entities cannot be created within 5 meters of adversaries unless close range is already established between the user and opponent(s).

Note: Genin may use this technique up to C-rank every two turns. Chunin may use this every other turn up to B-rank. Jounin may use this technique up to S-rank (A-rank for upper dantian), however S-rank usage requires a one turn cool down before re-use. Jounin are also capable of using Multi-Dantian.
Note: Dragon/Head Ninja/Master Ninja may use this technique up to Forbidden Rank but only Masters can use Forbidden Rank multi-dantian.

Description:
This is a useful jutsu with effects that can only be noticed when used in conjunction with another technique, simply by snapping ones fingers. The user may add this snap onto the performance of another jutsu so that this may activate within the same timeframe or it may be used standalone on an exisiting justu. By snapping their fingers the user will release a pulse of sound that effects the natural noise surrounding their target technique.

For example the 'roaring' and 'crackling' of fire or the 'rushing' of water. Any technique that produces a natural sound in this way may be targeted by this sound. The sound will amplify the natural noise around the target jutsu and forcibly turn them into destructive sound waves. This forms a cloak or barrier of sorts of sound around the technique as long as it is in play, empowering the inital technique slightly. The inital snap of ones fingers produces a sharp cracking noise that can be heard across the battlefield

"So be it." Hotsuma said as he sitting down as the Neidan formed above him appearing to the fledgling as if the old ninja had resigned to his fate, looking above him at that barreled towards him. Mirabelle would have her first taste of The Dragon Ninja's mastery of illusionary technique. Something he would use to a devastating affect. Mirabelle would indeed witness the bolt of "Lightning" meet it's mark hitting the Dragon Ninja but bizarrely a flash light also resulted from the powerful attack as it's power would devastate the 5 meter diameter. Hotsuma had managed to move several meters forward out of it's range, and in a effort to make it into short range. This was something done by the Dragon Hayabusa picking the perfect moment to flash the sun into his opponent's eyes with his sword. Hotsuma's speed was nothing to be trifled with, and coupled with his swordplay, well, he only hoped his opponent possessed the aforementioned skill to last more than a few exchange of blows. Hotsuma would escape the path of the attack, using his speed to quickly get out of range of the Neidan, and with precision timing would cause the opponent's own attack to seemingly emit a bright flash of light which would result in the opponent's being massively confused as the substitution illusion broke only for her to fall prey to a second illusion within the same timeframe that left her blinded temporarily as Hotsuma drove his sword through her chest. Blood would spurt forward, as a critical and fatal blow would occur as the Akujiki was driven through the chest of the Head Ninja.
(Fuinjutsu/Purasumoidoton: Ten no Shukufuku)- Plasmoid Release/Sealing Arts: Heavenly Blessing (ref)

Chakra Cost: 30 (+10 per turn to maintain barrier)

Description: A body seal that activates at the start of battle that will passively infuse the user's clothing/armor with Plasmoid chakra. The Plasmoid forms the kanji for heaven (天) on the user's clothing/armor appearing as a bright white symbol. As a result of this seal, arcs of energy will be seen flowing off of the user’s clothing up to a meter from the user. The purpose of this seal is to increase the power of techniques utilized by the user by constantly absorbing nearby thermal energy. To achieve this effect, the user will utilize the signature property of Plasmoid. This involves siphoning thermal energy off of energy based objects once in range or the opponent if they get within range (5m). As an energy based object weak to Plasmoid nears the user, the seal will passively draw in the thermal energy and convert it to chakra for the user. By doing this the user will be able to passively enhance one of their techniques by twenty damage points or one rank depending on the situation by using the chakra to empower the techniques even more. At the cost of a move when an opponent gets within range, the user can preform the seal of confrontation to activate the seal. This will cause a short range spherical barrier to expand with the user at the center. In this barrier, the user effectively becomes the core of the Plasmoid and the barrier will move along with the user. Opponents who are within this barrier will begin to feel sluggish and cold as their thermal energy drains, this results in their speed being reduced by 2 levels and taijutsu and weapon techniques to be weakened by 10 damage. This effect increases by 1 speed levels and 5 damage for each turn the opponent remains in range. Eventually on the 4th turn, the target will be rendered completely frozen due to losing all their thermal energy. To maintain the barrier will however drain the user of 10 additional chakra per turn during which no other chakra based techniques can be used.

After empowering an attack or activating the barrier, this technique goes into a three turn cool down.
Akujiki | Evil Eater
Rank: S
Type: Weapon
Range: Short

Damage: +20 kenjutsu unsealed
Description: The personal katana of Hotsuma Hayabusa, Akujiki, is an ancient and cursed blade, said to have consumed the souls of men for centuries. It is said, "He who wields Akujiki, wields absolute power." Akujiki possesses the terrifying ability to indefinitely enhance its destructive power by consuming chakra. Thus, whosoever uses Akujiki shall forever be cursed with an unfortunate fate; in order to sustain the blade's hunger, those who wield Akujiki must dedicate their entire lives to the slaughter of any and all beings that possess chakra, and then they must be devoured in their last moments. Despite Akujiki's incredible power, it was possible to seal the demon blade by using fuinjutsu to contain its power. However, because seals of this nature are not indestructible, they must be vigilantly guarded, lest the seal become undone and allow Akujiki to run rampant. Hotsuma has taken it upon himself to end the bloodstained legacy of the blade.
Ariake Seal
The Ariake seal's formula runs along the length of Akujiki and forms a thin barrier along the blade equal to S-rank. The chakra emitted from the barrier is made to not only contain the blade's power but also serves to counteract sealing techniques of equal rank and below. Originally, this seal was a countermeasure put in place to prevent it from being undone by those whose only wish was to gain power. The chakra within the formula activates when the Ariake Seal comes within short-range a foreign sealing technique. As the sword comes near the opposing sealing technique, the chakra stored by the barrier forcibly enters the foreign seal's activation mechanism and destroys the chakra within preventing the seal from activating or remaining active. The Ariake Seal can counteract one sealing technique A-rank and below three times per battle. To sustain this seal requires no concentration on the user's part, but it does drain a small portion of the user's chakra to sustain itself. As mentioned the true purpose of the Ariake Seal is to prevent the sword from draining the user's chakra substantially. But by sacrificing a move, the user can choose to undo the seal and allow the true nature of the Akujiki to come forth. The unsealing happens passively, and once unsealed, the blade begins to draw on large portions of the user's chakra seeking to consume them and inflicting them with the blade's curse. This seal may be redone at the cost of a move and three handseals.
Evil Eater
Akujiki shares the name with the curse placed upon the user in exchange for its power. As the Akujiki consumes a large amount of the user's chakra, the chakra becomes dense and visible in the form of a blood-red hue completely coating the blade. The chakra exuded from the blade is a manifestation of its hunger and can absorb one S-rank or below technique's chakra within short-range once per turn while also granting the user's kenjutsu +20 damage while unsealed. For every technique absorbed, the Akujiki empowers itself by consuming the chakra and exuding a destabilizing shockwave meant to make consuming additional chakra easier. This chakra enters the body and prevents the use of elemental techniques for a single turn. However, this shockwave affects all within short-range of the sword including the user and thereby afflicts them weapon's curse. During this time, the chakra consumption of Akujiki is halted as it engorges itself on the absorbed chakra until the -40 chakra cost cannot be sustained. If less than 40 chakra was absorbed, the user's own chakra makes up the difference. If Akujiki consumes the user's chakra while in this state they will be unable to perform genjutsu due to the strain. Should the user die while in possession of Akujiki it will then forcibly consume and seal the user's chakra within it, leaving only the husk of their body which is rendered to dust.

Akujiki is indestructible, but cannot be used to defend against jutsu on its own.
Once the Ariake Seal becomes undone, the user may redo the seal at the cost of a move. The seal can only be undone for a maximum of 4 turns per battle.
(Touken Gensou) - Swords of Illusion

Description: The user casts a genjutsu upon the opponent that makes the user believe that the swordsman is moving at an incredible speed that it looks like he is teleporting around him or her. The user makes this happen by making his sword reflect light towards the opponent making him blind at crutial moments during this technique to make the opponent believe this. The attack ends with the sword slowly being struck into the opponents chest causing a serious and life threating wound. This is a tatic made for those without the ability to make mist and have the speed available to silently assassinate people like the swordsman, Zabuza.
Note: This can only be taught or used by Musasibou.
Note: Can only be used twice in battle.
Note: Cannot work in absolute darkness.

(Genjutsu: Kawarimi ) Illusion Technique: Substitution
Type: Defensive
Rank: D-A Rank
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 10-30

Description:
A simple technique, this genjutsu works solely as a defensive measure. The user will produce an illusionary copy of himself while he escapes the path/area of the attack with a rapid movement, unnoticed and masked by the technique. The enemy will see and hear the user in the original place until the attack connects with the illusionary copy, at which point it will disperse, revealing the true location of the user. The technique can be controlled so as to have the illusionary copy interact and talk in specific ways with the enemy for other purposes, while the user remains hidden from the targets perception. The illusion is often personalized from user to user, namely in its dispersion, sometimes in relation to the users elemental affinity or summoning companions, following a theme unique to him. The limitation is that the user cannot escape large techniques with this ability nor incredibly fast ones, since the escape is his movement and, as such, is limited to small scaled attacks or normal paced ones. Only techniques which can be escaped by moving out of their way running or through movement can be defended from with this. The main limit however, is that, since its a sustainable illusion, triggering any offensive action towards the target will immediately release the illusion, be it a simple taijutsu move or a ninjutsu attack; any aggressive action the user wants to take will immediately break his focus and control over the technique, releasing the target from it. The stronger the user is with the usage of Genjutsu, the more effective and strong the illusion will be and more times can it be used.
Note: This version can only be used by ninjas without a Sharingan.
Note: Genjutsu users can use the technique thrice per match, D-Rank; Secondary Genjutsu Specialists can use the technique four times per match, C-Rank; Primary Genjutsu Specialists can use the technique five times per match; B-Rank. Apex Genjutsu Specialist can use the technique six times per match; A rank.

Mirabelle, someone who spent her entire life perfecting her craft in the art of Genjutsu has time and time again had someone tried to infiltrate her subconscious with their…repulsive illusions. Seems Hotsume was no different from the other regulars. She sighed slightly, watching as the “fake” got struck down by her attack. Several factors about Mirabelle kicked in, the first is that her Taijin allowed her to immediately detect his positioning as they both were the same rank as one another. She easily knew the Hotsume was a mere illusion as the real one tried to trick her. Her Wujin alerted her that her spiritual existence was being tampered with but last but not least her Yin Specialist ability allowed her to know that an illusion was set upon her automatically. “Are you that dense?” she said.

Immediately before Hotsume can even think about approaching closer than he thinks, his movements would become impaired by the illusion Mirabelle cast. Firstly, his knee would be “struck” causing him to fall to his knees, while the other one kept him temporarily unable to move as well. She wasn’t happy at all with this terrible display of illusionary prowess. “You lack finesse, you're too wide open. Make your illusions more believable…otherwise your nothing more than an average illusion caster. Take the words of someone who has been acknowledged by the Genjutsu Sages themselves. Amateur… “ she said in a snide remark. He barely left more than two meters away, still keeping him within the blast zone of the Neidan lightning strike. It should be noted that both illusions where cast at the same time via her specialty

Description:
The user will induce a simple but precise and useful illusion onto the enemy making him feel a blow was just delivered to the back of his knees. As a reflexive response, in reality his legs lose strength and the enemy falls on his knees immediately. While quite simple, the technique serves many purposes and leaves the enemy vulnerable. The technique can target other areas and deliver similar blows to induce other similar reflexive actions. If the user does 2 handseals (boar+rat) he can cause the enemy to experience pain and even target the enemy's neck from behind, making the enemy experience severe pain and loss of limb control for a few moments, collapsing to the ground as if a precise blow was given to a nervous cluster in the neck. Off course in reality, no damage is done but the body is fooled into reacting in a reflexive manner to the illusionary blows.

Description: A very simple yet powerful paralysis genjutsu. The user will cast an illusion which sole purpose is to restrict and paralyze he target. The technique can be cast on more than one opponent at a time, though with the cost of power. The stronger the user is in genjutsu determines how strong their technique is. Non-genjutsu specialists can only cast only use the C-ranked version of this technique and use it on up to two others making the hold D-rank for each individual person. Users with genjutsu as their secondary specialty can use the B-ranked version of this technique and cast the jutsu on a maximum of three people. Users with genjutsu as their primary specialty can use the A-ranked version of this technique and cast the technique on a maximum of three people. Members who specialize in genjutsu are immune to this technique being placed upon them on others with a lower skill level than them; i.e a users with a secondary specialty can't use this on a primary specialist, only those of equivalent rank or lower can be caught with this technique.
