And the point I brought up is, Oro was caught up in his dream of gaining all the ninjutsu in the world..... Hiruzen basically told him he could gain it all and still wouldn't be the strongest, Ninjutsu alone doesn't make people strong


As for the evil thing, Nah, oro wasn't evil as a kid, After witnessing his parents being killed, he realized how fragile human life was, that was like the first stepping stone to his out come... Even kishi commented on Oro's character more being "Truly good, but hopelessly evil"
