Having problems with playing avi files in sony vegas

Hey, I have been doin amvs 2 years ago with an older version of Sony Vegas, but now with sony vegas pro 9 i can't drop any avi file in. I have tried to download codecs and have them all for sony vegas but still it won't play.

Anyone got the solution?

Yeah i realized that but no its not helping, its only playing the sound.

Download the missing avi codec? Google used to help a lot to find it. That should help

Yeah i also used google and found programs to indicate which codes i didnt have. And after downloading all full codec package (divx) it said all codes were there. But still i cant play the video, only sound.

I know i just can search google out but they say all the same, and maybe there where one here to know the answer

AVIs don't work on the 64 bit version of Vegas 9, in case if you have it

Get the 32 bit version if you rely on AVIs
