I've been thinking this ever since Sasuke's chest was repaired by Juugo. Who's to say that a) Orochimaru's curse seal is completely gone? - b) Juugo's flesh and blood has absolutely 0% chance to infect Sasuke with (by either restoring or creating) the curse seal?

As for Sasuke taking Itachi's eyes... and being able to use EMS while calling upon a new level of cursed seal (which would be level 3)... well it'd be enough to handle Kyuubi, I think.

Itachi took away Sasuke's curse seal. I dunno why you think that by taking Itachi's eyes, it would revive the curse seal.
