BZ is explaining how he wrote the 'Story of the Shinobi' to Naruto and Sasuke as Kaguya absorbs their chakra and states "it's unusual that the transmigrants of Ashura & Indra are able to cooperate so well".
There has been one confirmed pass-down so far. Literally just Maddy/Hash Brown so what does this sentence even mean?
Personally in my head I believe the headcanon that Danzo/Hiruzen, Oro/Jiraiya & Nagato/Yahiko were all transmigrants too that were never really realised or died before they could reach their potential. Failed potential migrants. Know there's not a lot to back that up, but it'd make this Zetsu statement and the entire Ootsutsuki ordeal a LOT simpler.
