It does make a freaking difference, ONLY Naruto was attacking Kakuzu.
You're saying that if Kakuzu attacked anyone, the others would counter, then what the hell happened when he attacked the clone using FRS.

The FRS clone was a diversion, NOONE but Naruto knew it wasn't the real Naruto.
I suggest you read all of Naruto again.

sasuke without the curse mark is alot weaker than he used to be. if you look at when sasuke got the curse mark improved you will see the effect it had on him

sasuke(using sharingan) vs naruto on the hospital and it was shown naruto was stronger.
after sasuke got the curse mark on him and he was alot more powerful even if he didnt use it. his jutsu were stronger, his physical attacks were stronger and he was tougher.
without the curse mark he is weaker.

also naruto vs pein, if they fought when pein was at full strength then naruto would have lost, but if you have not noticed pein is the strongest character we have seen.
sasuke has not faced anyone even close to peins skill. in fact the only person who has is jiraiya. and that was against pein.

i dont think even madara can beat pein. until i see him fight pein is on top of my most powerful shinobi list. followed by jiraiya and naruto.

If that was even remotely true in the Naruto universe then a couple of the fights would have ended differently
