Idk but lately ive just been getting the feeling that he isnt as good as most would assume. I first figured this when aizen spoke of it. It seemed he really hated it and wondered why Unahura would subject himself to its rule. Now lately in the manga ive been feeling that the Soul King is even worse than id imagine since the quinces are hell bent on getting revenge and how shady the Soul Society has been acting as of late with the black ops mission with Kurotshuchi Mayuri. Even recently its become even more appearant because of how on edge alot of the captains were with squad zero entering after everything was destroyed and how oddly goofy they seemed even though they are hailed as the strongest squad ever rivaling all of soul society.
Squad Zero feels like in Naruto and how "Tobi" was portrayed as goofy and not very threatening but later finding out that it was just and act and a fascade to hide his true intentions. I also feel that the Quinces are sort of a "Red Hairing" and not really the real enemy. I believe the biggest threat lies in the Soul King and Squad zero, and possibly higher up.
Anyhow i cant imagine this arc going for 5 more years just with the quinces as the enemy.
