A fake member of the group. Both weren't officially a part of their respective groups.

Doffy treated Bellamy like shit, and Lucci disposed of Nero likewise.

Lucci was very different from the rest of the villains, so you can't really get tired of him but I think what you meant was Doflamingo had a side to him which showed empathy for those very close to him regardless of their strength. He always forgives his close members regardless of their failures as long as they didn't betray him, so in that regard yes Doflamingo was unique.

Damn bro I also feel the hate/love, he was the person in One Piece that I hate the most because of his (super evil) character, but by fighting skills and will power (not haki) I deeply respect him

Bellamy was never really a DD pirate, he was just a DD pirate wannabe, but yeah it's kinda similar to Nero.

Well yeah, Lucci also respect his original Cp9 member, he also love his homeland and people inside it. I see Doffy and Lucci is pretty similar. Crocodile & Enel that shown not have love for their subordinate.
