It's a massive plothole/power of the plot.. Kakashi did say his vision is pretty bad, and Hashi cells can reduce or slow down the blindness but doesn't cure/prevent it and with that said, kamui is THE most used kekegenkai in naruto, so Hashi cells and all he should be bling by now, which is why this all just blows down to plot
