Hasn't Obito's MS been overused, shouldn't he be blind by now

Let's see the facts:
1. Obito doesn't have an EMS
2. Overusing Mangekyou (not EMS) causes weakness as eveidence from Kakashi's case.
3. Using Mangekyou again and again causes blindness(like Sasuke and Madara faced) or even sickness in some cases(Itachi before death: I'm not quite sure about this one).

So, my question again is that why hasn't any of Obito's eyes gone blind or did Kishimoto san forgot his own rules.

He didn't use Kamui with his 2t sharingan ( he just got those, that would have been impossible anyway) during the rockslide. Instead his body was crushed by the rocks and Madara saved him from there.

I think it only showed him using it with 3T so he could hide his identity... Hence why they never zoomed in too much on his eyes WHILE he was using Kamui

^^ Hashirama's cells were stated to make Masked Man(not known yet as Obito) immortality !

Also Kishi has emphasized a lot through manga how incredible Hashirama's cells are:

- regenerating Obito's half body
- boosting chakra
- shorten recharge time of MS technique
- Hashirama could literraly heal any wound
- Madara healed his wounds with Hashirama's cells

It is not so farfetched to say that Hashirama's cells can also cure blindness or revert side effect of use MS techniques on eyes.

About Kakashi -> Kurama's chakra

Same as above through whole manga Kishi has emphasized a lot of times that Kurama's chakra can regenerate/heal wounds/cure poison effect etc.

Kurama's chakra also greatly enhance chakra but not just that as it can also boost power of techniques etc.

In short:

Kakashi -> Kurama's chakra when he has contact with through Naruto
Obito -> Hashirama's cells which has has had through whole life almost.

It's a massive plothole/power of the plot.. Kakashi did say his vision is pretty bad, and Hashi cells can reduce or slow down the blindness but doesn't cure/prevent it and with that said, kamui is THE most used kekegenkai in naruto, so Hashi cells and all he should be bling by now, which is why this all just blows down to plot
