No, that's Raigou: Senjusatsu, this was Senpou: Mokuton Shinsuusenju. The former was an anime only jutsu from that arc.

Yes, he clearly said Mokuton after Senpou. If it were "Wood Sage Mode", it would have said Mokuton Senpou, not Senpou Mokuton.

I don't want Sasuke to have Hawk Sage Mode, the target on the head was the first thing that made me think of Hawks.

Dunno what it is, but we do know for sure that Tsunade's Strength of a Hundred/Byakugou markings look similar to Hashirama's.
