Wood (Wood element) is his Kekkai Genkai because his DNA allows him to mix the Water element and Earth element to create the Wood element.

Wood. No one else has Wood Element except for Yamato and Hashirama ofcourse.But Yamato has Wood release now because he was given the 1st hokage's DNA.

the fact that you dont know that is surprising because you have an account on a naruto forum which kinda implies your seriousness to the manga. but wow you need to pay attention man, infact go to naruto chapter/episode ONE and read/watch to the current episode/manga , it will entertain you and refresh your mind on all the information from years ago.
