Obito's right arm is completely composed of Hashirama's cells. The upper panel shows that his arm is seemingly healed as Madara questioned him.

I never noticed it at first too until someone pointed it out obito healee himself yamato was able to do the samething also.

Orochimaru seems to used senjutsu with his experiments though, so Yamato probably had some inside of him, why else wouldn't he die, let the rest.

Madara needed hahsiramas sage mode to heal, pretty much did it for me, unless he has a basic medical ninjutsu mode base form, that evolves into something like Karins bite

Then again, there's the scan where Obito heals with just Hashirama cells, so I think the most accurate thing to say would be that it is a base ability, and SM just boosts it to support

Obito or Hashirama? I read between the pages, and I don't remember Madara not healing from wounds before taking Hashirama's Senjutsu chakra.

He was just compatable with hashirama cells more then anyone else in the manga so far but lack the use of its full potential like hashirama. Obito already shown he can heal without the use of sage mode the only reason madara healed him self cause he never needed it before because he already healed off of being being edo tensei.

Obito took Hashi's genetics and abnormally infused them within himself, similar to how Kabuto took Karin's genetics.

When Hashi activates SM his healing abilities take root.
