There are too many factors to take into consideration. Hashirama doesn't have jutsu to utilise via PS to make him deadly with it so it's a no go. Then can Naruto sense Hashirama, unless he can't sense Hashirama which would give Hashirama some oppurtunity to win. Also Naruto's cloak would be pumped full of yang energy so it would boost the power of Hasi's Mokuton massively.
Restrict Naruto's flight ability and then the fight becomes interesting.

Rsm naruto literally one-shots. Hashirama doesn’t stand a single chance. The scenario plays out the same as when jyubito blitzed edo Hashirama and edo Tobirama during the war arc
