A sick nagato using pain used a shinra tensei that wiped out the whole village. A healthy nagato could spam those. Spam chibaku tenseis . Use the same speed he showed when keeping up with v2 bee and kcm Naruto. Well even faster if he was alive since edos are weakened.

Ninjutsu : Hashirama by far. In scale and variability.
Taijutsu : Hashirama by far, since Nagato is a cripple.
Genjutsu : Hashirama by far, since Nagato has no Genjutsu feats and Hashirama has Bringer of Darkness.
Speed : Hashirama by far, since he can keep up with Madara who can nigh blitz SM Naruto....and because Nagato is a cripple, albeit still speedy, for a cripple anyway.
Chakra reserves: Hashirama by far. Spamming Bijuu Sized Mokuton, and then using Shinsuusenju and a Mokuton Clone along with other unknown Mokutons used off panel before the point the battle starts at in the manga all before running out of chakra says it all.
Inteligence : Probably Nagato. Hashirama is portrayed to be like Naruto in this area, somewhat.
Stronger KKG : Rinnegan at it's full power is tiers above Hashirama's Mokuton, but since this is Nagato, Hashirama easily wins this category.
