kakashi's Kamui is MUCH faster than Hashirama, so he should be able to teleport Hashi, or cut his head off via Kamui. U_U
If current madara was not fast enough to deal with Kamui, there is no reason to believe that Hashi who has no feats is able to do such thing, even though he's a fodder compare to current madara. U_U
