I have to go with Hashirama, simply because Danzo's wood release was pretty badass and that was said to be nothing compared to what the 1st could really do. Even Yamato's wood release is significantly weaker. Plus the fact that he can hold down and control tailed beasts, he has to be pretty badass. Because even if Itachi and Sasuke used the Susanoo, then he would probably surround it with wood, no chance of getting hit by a sword if they can't swing the sword. So even though Itachi is very strong, the first hokage is on a different level than most, if not all, of the current and recently dead ninja
