This is my list. The people I excluded, I wasn't sure about but anyway

Hashirama's abilities where able to take on the Nine Tailed fox and Madara at once. He has the stamina and power to create the hidden leaf village by himself. Its well know that wood style users can seal tailed beast as shown with the 1st and Yamato. The people in my list wouldn't stand a chance if u ask me U_U

1. Tobi- with rinnegan? probably not if they were near equal with EMS then both eyes would be too much imo.
2. Killer Bee-probably, his chakra can suppress the 8tails, lightning would overcome wood but the rest i don't think bee is powerful enough without beast powers to take him down.
3. Orochimaru-hashirama imo, unless oro summons his brother to help or someone else their level oro would get trapped in a tree and crushed.
4. Jiraiya-Probably Jiraiya if he gets into sage mode.
5. Deva Realm Pain-Deva's chibaku tensei would crush him unless he made a whole forest to wrap around it and stop it from killing him.
6. Uchiha Sasuke-depends on how sasuke uses MS
7. Oonoki-one good dust blast would do him in but if hes fought the 2nd Tkage before he'd probably have a counter to it :shrug:
8. Uchiha Itachi- hes the rival of madara hes probably the anti-sharingan opponent so unless itachi uses sussanoo and seals him probably the 1st
9. Uzumaki Naruto-naruto is unpredictable and with kyuubi mode he'd win.
10. Kisame-i want to say kisame because his sword can eat up the chakra from the wood release but water would be useless since his little brother was the greatest water user in history he'd know the weaknesses to water users. Could go either way
11. Deidara-i'd say hashirama because he can grow trees of all kinds of sizes, block bombs with it and reach deidara while hes flying (probably)
12. Hebi Sasuke-hashirama no doubt
13. Namikaze Minato-Minato, FTG spam to bypass wood and faster then hashirama by a lot.

A-lot of this really depends on how hard it is for people to break Bringer of Darkness. Which is pretty much impossible to tell and thus is basically impossible to tell if Hashirama would be able to beat a-lot of these people or not. Though he would defeat Zabuza, Yamato, and Hidan regardless of the potency of Bringer of Darkness.

Given what we know thus far Hashirama was considered the greatest shinobi of his time for a reason (other than just wood release). If I remember correctly... the guy was badass enough to keep multiple tailed beasts under his control, which he later spread out to the different villages to balance power and bring peace. I highly doubt any one on the list can really cause problems for him other than maybe Minato (because of sheer speed) and perhaps Tobi if he gets really lucky, (though He defeated a full strength Madara already) the Madara/Uchiha fanboyism/ cop out that he (madara) only wanted his cells is BS! If I wanted revenge on the man whom I hated most, I wouldn't just fight him to steal his cells, I would kill him and then take his cells of his dead corpse! That was just his spoils of war one which he probably ended with either the use of Izanagi to fake his death (highly doubt it though since he seemed to have both eyes, perhaps he found some type of loop hole...) or more likely Hashi, being the pacifist that he was (Second son, love, peace, ect.) left him to die thinking he was fatally wounded.... I doubt current Sasuke and Itachi are stronger than Madara was then. Naruto, aguably the fastest shinobi (since Minato) is just too inexperienced and predictable in combat to be effective against him (maybe after another power up). Pehaps all of Pain paths though I still need to see more of Hashirama to be able to decide this. I mean the guy had to have more tricks up his sleeve than just wood release and bringer of darkness to be able to achieve all the respect that he got, otherwise Yamato would be raping ninjas left and right with his wood (sorry no pun inteded).

1. Tobi- Now, Hashirama cannot possibly defeat Tobi. Tobi, as of now, beats Hashirama if Hashirama is not hyped. We do not know much about Hashirama's full strength so this one goes to Tobi for now.
2. Killer bee- Hashirama can keep the Hachibi suppressed so this one goes to Hashirama
3. Orochimaru, Jiraiya, Deva Pein- Hashirama
4. Uchiha Sasuke- Sasuke. Amaterusu the wood, and shoot arrows at Hashirama. Hashirama cannot defend. For one, Danzo used up so much chakra to divert the arrow with wood style. We know Hashirama doesn't have godlike speed so Hashirama will lose
5. Oonoki in his prime> Hashirama from what we have seen. Oonoki old man< Hashirama
6. Uchiha Itachi- Hashirama has no way to get past the Yata Mirror. Sword of Totsuka should do the trick.
7. Uzumaki Naruto- Those versions of super badass rasengans will do the trick if Naruto ain't acting stupid.
8. Not sure if Kisame can absorb Wood. Wood is solid, so can Samehada absorb it?
9. Deidara- Not sure if Hashirama's wood can reach Deidara at long-range, but I'm giving this to Deidara for C4.
10. Hebi Sasuke- No. Just NO. Sasuke may have defeated Yamato, but the first has better wood release skills.
11. Namikaze Minato- Man, i would've given this to Hashirama for hype, but clearly what we have seen from Minato just beats Hashirama.
