With Naruto being able to power up Nagato and his moves with the Kyūbi Chakra, they may be able to pull off a win, although it is still debatable.

Nagato's Preta Path would take longer but he too can be brought down by Flower Tree World, if Sage Mode Hashirama does it before Nagato uses his summons.

There is a formation time for the flower tree. Before it even grows completely, Rasenshuriken would destroy it(and possibly the flower as well). Hell even Base Naruto was already capable to stop a similar technique before growing completely
