Naruto and Nagato win thanks to Naruto giving Nagato even more chakra than before.

Tear it down with a barrage of bijuu dama's, rasenshurikens, odama rasen shurikens, pull him off with bansho tenin, chibaku tensei(the statue is just food for this technique) etc.

Naruto gives Nagato the Nine-tails chakra cloak. His Shinra tensei should be strong enough to repel anything Hashirama can throw at him. The Giant statue gets taken out by TBB Barrage from Naruto. Only way Hashirama wins is if he is able to bind both with the Wood Dragon and suck their Chakra. But Im not sure he'll be able to do that when Nagato has Kyuubi chakra and his Rinnegan techs are on another level.
