Just to put this out there, I haven't seen Hashirama as a god in NV all these time. The guy is basically the Kaguya of his time, born with extraordinary power, no one could challenge him (man or beast or both lol). The guy mastered most forms of jutsus and took them to quite a level. Ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu, fuinjutsu, kenjutsu and other great forms he mastered and is an expert in most to all of them. Only hokage to master senjutsu (thanks to ashura) until naruto (who isn't on his level if you take out all bijuu).

Hashirama had several to all bijuus as pets during his time except for shukaku. He distributed them to other villages to make peace with them. If he decided to seal them within himself then he would have been immortal, and akatsuki would be dealt with the moment they made themselves known. he would have raped the sand village and taken shukaku also and sealed it within himself if they caused any trouble. But even without going this far he still was the strongest of them all.

His gathering of senjutsu chakra from my point of view rivals kurama's. He did this in seconds and created a beast that negged PS and Kurama combined.

An to think we still don't know how truly OP Hashi was when alive. Heck Kishi didn't even show the full fight between Hashi and Madara at the Valley of the End. Hopefully Storm 4 remedies this and show us their whole fight ending with Madaras supposed death at the time.

If you remove Kurama as well, then Hashirama is stronger than Naruto. SM Hashirama > RSM Naruto (without any Bijuu's chakra).

Yes, Naruto can counter and destroy Hashi's wood with dozens of clones, taijutsu (brute force) and powerful Senjutsu enhanced jutsus, but the pace of Hashi's wood and their growth rate is far to great to be taken down or simply stopped. Plus Shinsuusenju is too much of a beast to be taken down without Kurama. Simply having RSM isn't going to help.
