Really where did any of these people make these statements.
Noone so far has proven me wrong.. Noone can match Hashirama's mokuton dragon.. not even the 9-tails.. so fail thread?
Ok that's cool but what did madara say that proves that hashirama is or was the strongest kage. Cuz madara saying that hashirama was the only one who could beat him isn't proof.
So you are telling me that Edo Madara the one who destroyed the kages is wrong when he says Hashirama is the only one that can defeat him. The five kages couldn't beat Edo Madara. So when the power of five kages couldn't beat madara and he says only hashirama could doesn't that mean that hashirama could have beaten the five kages combined.
Only dead person whose stated to have any chance against Edo Madara. So its the manga who started it.
listen, there is no proof whatsoever that hash is the best hokage. kids are just hyped up on hashi because he is still mysterious.
anyway, my logic:
1: Tobirama (SURVIVED like 17 jounin class attackers INCLUDING the ginkaku and kinkaku)
2: Hiruzen (On his own took down edo 1st and 2nd AND sealed Oros arms. this is huge. I mean for the sake of a fun comparison, consider that 5 kage COULD NOT defeat a single edo madara with hashi cells.
3: Hashirama (Stopping prime madara + nine tails)
4: Minato (Stopping Obito with hashi cells and Madara techs + nine tails).
So Hiruzen > Hashirama in my opinion
Now don't be too hard on yourself. Even idiots like you have their use in society.
Like you said, Iruka said Hiruzen was called the strongest Hokage. That means it was an opinion held by a group of people. Hashirama and Tobirama were also called the best shinobi. Now later in the story, Kishi let us know that Hashirama's strength was considered a fairytale. Now that invalidates Iruka's hype. Now to help you understand why(since per your own admission, you're an idiot)
I've made up a little illustration. Let's say there was online poll to determine who's the better player, Messi or Maradonna. Messi wins the poll. After a little investigation, it is revealed that most of the people who voted in the polls haven't seen Maradonna play before, live or even recorded. They believe his footballing feats are exaggerated. Wouldn't you say that invalidates the results of the poll?
That's how it is with Hashirama and Hiruzen. If they considered Hashirama's strenght to be a fairy tale, then naturally they won't factor Hashirama's actual strenght into the equation when considering who the strongest kage is.
I just want to address this logic. First let me state that it only takes one person who believes in the fairytails, to have said Hiruzen is the strongest Hokage that would make his title statement legitimate. Especially if it's as a big a difference as everyone says. As it wouldn't be locigal, if the the person believed Hashirama's whose gap was believed to be>>>>>>>>>>>>Hiruzen, but the person still believes Hiruzen is stronger. Now to move on, is Kabuto not speaking of the shinobi world? The shinboi alliance is what? 80,000 I believe? The majority of the shinobi world does not reside within Konoha. This eliminates a lot of those numbers. Furthermore, it would make absolute zero sense for outsiders to give two two bleeps about who's the strongest kage of another village. So obviously, the ones who said so resides in the village. Also, why would not Mito believes in his power? She only witnessed one of his toughest battles ever, and is only his wife. Of course she wouldn't believe it. Mito was around all the way up until Kushina became the jinchuuriki, this means the first and second war. Since there's a minority out there who believe in his power, it's only logical that the minority resides in the very village that Hashirama started and Mito (who witnessed his strength). -__- Also, Hashirama was even the teacher of Hiruzen, who recognized his techs. This same who Hiruzen, who didn't dispute the title as strongest Hokage (And please we know he's not the type of guy to wear a title he doesn't deserve).
My point is, that Kabuto's line is too vague and indirect statement to be used as an argument against the 3rd's title.
This post has a lot of sense to it. Madara already refuted several of his own statements. It only makes sense, Madara doesn't know what the hell he's talking about because he has no knowledge of the generations that came after his era. Not that any of his statements contradicted Hiruzen's title in the first place.
What readers don't seem to be catching on is that Kishi is simply showing what monsters they were during their generation, they were the kings of their generation, no other two shinobi has completely dominated a generation as they did. The gap between them and others were wide. This is Sasuke's and Naruto's role now, to take the place of Hashirama and Madara. Everyone can agree that Naruto is waaayyy ahead of others of his generation. And Kishi has stated that Naruto=Sasuke. The same it was hinted that Hashirama=Madara. This is blatantly obvious. Now on to my main point, even if a single shinobi arose generations later and was stronger than Naruto, in no way is he taking away all the hype and excellence of Naruto's and Sasuke's rule. Their rule would always "in a sense", be unparalleled. Stories that will be told for generations, the era of Naruto and Sasuke. Their story will always be in its own right, unmatched. Just because a shinobi may "exceed" one of them is strength doesn't take away.
This is all Kishi is doing guys, but it seems the readers are misinterpreting, of course he has to hype them when he has already hyped so many other revived legends, Hashirama and Madara was the best. For now, let's just be readers and conceive what Kishi is trying to show us, they were freaking beasts during their generation. Well, I'm done, That is all.![]()
This is what a lot of people seem to not understand. Hashirama's recent hype has not contradicted Hiruzen's.
It's funny cuz still nobody has given me any manga evidence to even hint that hashirama was the strongest kage.
this is only your opinion.. The manga doesnt say "for his generation".. You are being bias to support hashirama.. Hiruzen is the god of shinobi, because he obviously was the greatest shinobi to ever live in his prime. And for Hiruzen fan boys, he was stated as the God of Shinobi for his generation.
If someone gave you an immensely hyped title, you wouldn't refuse it. We're all human and although some will never back it up themselves, next to nobody would dispute it. And if I remember rightly, Iruka said that in front of a bunch of academy students, Hiruzen, the protector of the village, is hardly going to say he isn't the strongest ever because it could lead to wavering faith in his capabilites. Besides, that statement was made before practically any of the other Kages had development whatsoever. Minato was a guy in a white suit with blond hair who flashed a light and stopped the Kyuubi, that says it all.
You speak the truth.. Great Job!!!
Exactly.. Hash fanboys and Hiruzen fanboys are battling over something that wasnt even written..smh
When hiruzen was spoken about he was referred to as the greatest of any kage.
When Hashirama was spoken about he was referred to as the greatest of any shinobi.
These are 2 completely diffrent claims.
there is no evidence, because manga hasnt EVER said hashirama was the strongest hokage.. Hiruzen is the only ninja in the manga to ever be refered to as the strongest hokage/kage and given the title god of shinobi.
this is only your opinion.. The manga doesnt say "for his generation".. You are being bias to support hashirama.. Hiruzen is the god of shinobi, because he obviously was the greatest shinobi to ever live in his prime.
