So you’re overrating Samehada’s absorbing capabilities, he’s only able to absorb 6 cloak tails at a time because the chakra is too much.

Besides chakra absorption and lightning, the seven swordsmen can’t do any of the things the Gedo mazo can.

Gedo mazo is a way bigger that it had enoug power to swallow up all nine biju powers simultaneously. It’s the most dangerous summoning that even a Six path yin yang chibaku tensei is only strong enough to contain it.
You keep forgetting that the Gedo mazo is Kaguya Ohtutsuki (shell state).

When it comes to bijus it takes everything leaving no physical body whatsoever. It’s like you said, tailed beast are complete comprised of chakra where as human beings are not. So to absorb a biju down to 0% means that you absorbed their physical body as well since it is made up of chakra where as human beings physical body is not.

And a jinchuuriki is not a biju entirely, they can only hand out a limited amount of chakra at a time. That’s why the Hachibi and kyubi temporarily ran out of chakra 2-3 times during the war.
