Hashirama/Mito child?

Ok so basically what happened to their child? They must have had a child since Tsunade is their granddaughter...basically why doesn't we know anything about them...same thing is with Namikaze familiy we doesn't know anything about them...
What do u think? (I don't take fodder as an answer) XD
