madara does not have rinnegan or mokuton,and he is not edo.

no other restrictions for both parties.

hashirama and jiraiya win. hashirama beat ems madara before and jiraiyas summons can stall orochimaru so that he can get into sage mode to do frog song.

Dude, it was Madara who had the Kyuubi on his side; Hashirama suppressed it and sealed it inside his wife.

no restrictions oro prime summons tobirama and hydra mode. then proceeds to kick jiraiya's ass. he wont let him enter SM because he will surround him with manda and formation of ten thousand snakes.
hashirama and madara most likely nearly kill each other again.

which leaves IMO Oro and the 1st, both are basically immortal, but it'll depend oh who's harmed more. Oro could have the 2nd Hokage as well.
