Hashirama is cool because he can heal himself in combat without using handseals?

and Naruto can now even heal others in combat without using handseals?

i wonder what's next! i'm soooooo hyped right now!!! NANANANANANANANA BATMAAAAAN

Hashirama can only heal himself.

He has no handseals of Medic Ninjutsu. The key to his healing abilities, are his cells. His Mokuton/SM heals him. It's regeneration.

Unless he is willing to donate his blood to everybody, they can forget about healing from Hashirama.

If I remember right, Shikamaru was drained of Chakra.

Now if Naruto simply lends it back, there is no problem right?

I don't remember of Shikamaru having a fatal wound..

Tsunade finished the healing. Here you can see Shikamaru isn't fully healed [
