Hashirama is cool because he can heal himself in combat without using handseals?

and Naruto can now even heal others in combat without using handseals?

Im honestly not surprised to see this from tsunade though. She is the Queen!

Hashirama can only heal himself.

He has no handseals of Medic Ninjutsu. The key to his healing abilities, are his cells. His Mokuton/SM heals him. It's regeneration.

Unless he is willing to donate his blood to everybody, they can forget about healing from Hashirama.

If I remember right, Shikamaru was drained of Chakra.

Tsunade finished the healing. Here you can see Shikamaru isn't fully healed [

But after Tsunade touched his forehead, Shikamaru was fully restored. Even those dimples on his face disappeared. [
