Since when is being able to absorb chakra the same as getting in transferred to you?...madara never said wood dragon gives hashi back chakra... And i dont see how it could, unless it connects to hashi in some way...
Like wood dragon, samehada absorbs chakra.. but samehada has the other ability to give this to kisame..
